Haglöfs AB is now recruiting a Digital Trade Marketing Manager to the HQ Trade Marketing team in Stockholm, Sweden.

As a Digital Trade Marketing Manager, you will play an important part in contributing to Haglöfs’ continued success, executing the wholesale digital trade marketing strategy. Your role will be to activate the Haglöfs brand and products at the key online focus retailers by implementing, tracking and improving online activation excellences. The ultimate goal of the function is to make an impact on our target consumers and drive the Haglöfs brand preference in all online consumer touchpoints to secure Haglöfs sustainable and profitable growth.

Next to this you will be the project leader for several projects which has been defined in the wholesale digital trade marketing strategy where you will have a strong focus to

  • Gain deep shopper insights into target audience and what most influences their brand choice from an online business perspective
  • Improve the online consumer decision journey by extending the Haglöfs product and brand online visibility
  • Digitalize our way of working to engage with retail staff through the implementation of Myagi

Main responsibilities and tasks

  • Project leader of numerous projects to execute the wholesale digital trade marketing strategy
  • You will brief online focus accounts specific content requirements, to the HQ Integrated Marketing Communications Team
  • You will develop guidelines and adapt campaign toolkits for marketing campaigns, (tailor-made) promotions, micro sites and bannering at the Haglöfs online focus accounts
  • Evaluate and report impact of seasonal campaigns, based on defined set of Sales and Marketing KPIs
  • Improving ROI (return on investment) in online marketing and increasing online market share by improving the digital capabilities and expertise across the country teams
  • You will have to understand the Online Shopper journey and come up with solutions to optimize the moments of contact with the shopper
  • In this role you will visit, with the regional Key Account Manager. a selected number of key online focus accounts to actively build relationship and seeks strategic alignment

Skills & Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in online jobs in a consumer-focused organization (Sports, Fashion, Consumer Electronic or FMCG)
  • Good skills in adobe creative suite / cloud (Id, Ps, Ai)
  • You have relevant experience in online (Trade) Marketing and understand how to work with customers and agencies
  • You know how to influence the online shopper, customers and Haglöfs commercial teams and you are commercially oriented
  • You have excellent communication skill, are pragmatic and have a proactive attitude
  • Used to work as a project leader
  • You possess excellent command of English language
  • University degree in (digital) marketing, business, communication and / or brand management is seen as an advantage

As the Digital Trade Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Trade Marketing. The job will start at the 1st of January 2021, but we are open to discuss about an earlier start in 2020.
