You currently work or have a background working hands-on within e-commerce. Which industry, large corporation or start-up is not the most important here, your know-how is. You are confident with budgeting and forecasting, have a track record in reaching your sales targets and team management experience.
The structure and preparation needed to have a store that displays the correct information at the right time is business as usual to you. You have a personal commitment to driving sales and using your expertise to drive tactical promotions, assortment optimization and merchandising. We are looking for someone with extensive experience of all components of e-commerce including pricing, promotion, and campaigning with a data-driven mindset. Daily discussions regarding content production with designers or copywriters and development roadmaps with developers or product owners is something you look forward to.
You have in-depth experience within one or several e-commerce platforms. Based on your experience you can argue for pros and cons between different solutions with potential clients from diverse industries and with various digital maturity.
Analyzing and fine-tuning the flows and processes within the e-commerce journey is part of your daily agenda and where there is a hiccup you have a proposed solution (or an A/B test). A seamless logistics operation and last mile fulfillment crowns your e-commerce journey and resonates with your mindset that nothing is done before the customers have their products.
