Job Description

Planhat is looking for a driven Business Development Representative who wants to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing Customer Success. We are in a hypergrowth phase and we are looking for a talent that has the potential to grow into a leader in our business. This is a great opportunity to join an exciting, agile team in an expansive phase.

In your role, you will be a core pillar in Planhat’s lead generation process. The key responsibility will be to work together with the team to ensure that Planhat has enough leads to exceed our ambitious growth targets, with responsibilities and areas of involvement including:

  • Generate outbound pipeline and connect with new prospective customers
    • Identify new business opportunities across the US SaaS market (market research and customer segmentation)
    • Create and execute on outbound strategies
    • Optimize campaign results and conversion rates by evaluating the lead lifecycle and journey
  • Be innovative and challenge mindsets of colleagues and customers in order to maximize our customers’ success!

We will offer you an independent role in an agile team. Planhat is remote first, and for the right candidate, we are open to a remote role.
