Northvolt has an exciting job offer for an Aftermarket Trainer specialist to join our passionate and growing team in Stockholm.

In joining you will play an important role in developing and delivering high quality and engaging training programs and workshops for internal and external customers. You will also have a key role in building up our training department.

Key roles and responsibilities

  • Identify training needs and develop training programs covering topics such as operation, safety, service and maintenance.
  • Hold virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops that are engaging and effective.
  • Develop the training department function
  • Explore and apply technologies, modern learning methods and digital learning practices

Skills & Requirements

Education/Experience

  • A degree with electrical background
  • 3+ years experience as a trainer
  • Proven pedagogical skills
  • Preferred experience and interest in renewable energy sector
  • Basic knowledge of battery systems is a plus

Specific Skills/Abilities

  • Passionate about communicating complex process in a pedagogical, engaging and user-friendly way.
  • Bold in trying out new technologies and methods
  • Agile mindset in approaching project work and deliverables
  • English (fluent)
  • Swedish (optional)

About the company

Northvolt was founded in 2016 with the mission to build the world’s greenest battery cell, with a minimal carbon footprint and the highest ambitions for recycling, to enable the European transition to renewable energy. Northvolt’s team of experts is building the next generation battery cell factory focused on process innovation, scale and vertical integration. Once completed, it will be Europe’s largest battery cell factory and produce 32 GWh worth of capacity annually.

The future needs high-quality, green batteries. And it needs lots of them.
