Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Aftermarket System Requirements Engineer for ESS to join our excellent Service & Aftermarket team in Stockholm.

The Aftermarket Systems Requirements Engineer for ESS coordinates the fulfillment of overall Aftermarket requirements and objectives in pre and post development phases of ESS products and collaborates on joint efforts with corresponding teams.

Key responsibilities.

  • Makes sure that Aftermarket requirements are met through all phases of ESS product development, from concept to test, and delivery to customers.

  • Defines aftermarket requirements together with the Aftermarket team and ensures its accountability in the ESS product change request process.

  • Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customers continuous purchase orders by upselling aftermarket products and services, and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints rapidly and professionally.

  • Leads ESS products continuous improvement including customer & NV internal initiatives to optimize efficiency, quality and increase customer operations

Skills & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Master’s in engineering
  • Plus five years experiences as a project manager or relevant experience
  • Experienced in successful large projects management
  • Preferred experience within the renewable energy field
  • Basic knowledge in Energy Storage systems

About the company

Northvolt was founded in 2016 with the mission to build the world’s greenest battery cell, with a minimal carbon footprint and the highest ambitions for recycling, to enable the European transition to renewable energy. Northvolt’s team of experts is building the next generation battery cell factory focused on process innovation, scale and vertical integration. Once completed, it will be Europe’s largest battery cell factory and produce 32 GWh worth of capacity annually.
