Our HR team is a group that works closely with employees and managers throughout the Americas (US, Canada and Brazil) on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development and more.
We are now looking for a HR Representative to support our daily HR operations tasks across the Americas. We are looking for somebody who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and who is interested in providing world class HR support to our employees, managers and the HR group. The person will be supporting in areas such as; On-boarding, Off-boarding, Workday employee transactions, employee lifecycle changes, Organizing new hire training, answering questions from employees and more.
The HR Representative role is a temporary contract role and will be reporting in to the Senior HR Manager for HR operations. The role is based out of San Francisco (currently remote).
Significant hands-on transaction processing (new hires, exiting employees, compensation changes) supporting Sr. HR Representative in supporting operations for all 3 regions in Americas (US, Canada and Brazil).
HR Administrative tasks (new hire orientation, benefits, HRIS support, admin support).
Processing salary increases, promotions, employee transfers and relocations and ensure accuracy in Workday.
Day to day benefits administration.
Work closely with HR managers to support the immigration administration process.
Provide contractor agreements and on-board contractors; and manage contract renewals.
Partner with the HR Team on priority projects and other day-to-day administrative functions.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by HR Management Team.
Skills & Requirements
At least 1-2 years’ experience in a HR Administration or HR Representative role.
BS or BA in Human Resources preferred.
Prior experience with Workday as a user preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Ability to keep and maintain confidentiality.
A good sense of humor, flexibility and an ability to continuously innovate in the midst of a high paced work environment.
