What we are looking for
Your true passion is driving sales - with a data-driven approach and lots of energy. You currently work or have a background in working hands-on within e-commerce, traffic acquisition and online sales. Which industry, and whether it's a large corporation or start-up, is not the most important thing here - your know-how is. You are confident with budgeting and forecasting, have a track record in reaching your traffic and sales targets and have team management experience.
You have in-depth experience within one or several digital marketing channels and are familiar with the others. You have a plan B and plan C to mitigate sales drops and use your expertise to drive assortment questions and tactical promotion planning. We are looking for someone with extensive experience of pricing, promotion, and campaigning with a data-driven mindset. You are used to reporting, channel KPIs and optimization, either from performance agency or from the client-side (in which case we expect you to be able to challenge agency proposals based on your experience and know-how).
The structure and preparation needed to launch a flawless campaign at the right time come naturally to you. As is discussing content production with designers or copywriters and secure with the agency that the material gains the most traction with effective placements and smart messaging
What you can expect from us

You will be exposed to new industries, clients in various stages of digital maturity, and sudden challenges mid-project that no one could have anticipated but that need to be addressed. You will meet and interact with C-level management, client-side experts, vendors and suppliers. Within this context, you will have the opportunity to further improve your ability to quickly understand and assess a situation, effectively frame the issue, and present clear and structured arguments for your reasoning.
