Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Campaigns Manager for Vaimo, you’ll have the opportunity to join a global fast-growing company that partners with brands, retailers and manufacturers to deliver award-winning eCommerce solutions. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with the rest of the global and local marketing teams but also with the sales & strategy teams across Vaimo to help to increase the visibility of Vaimo brand and interest from potential and existing clients to Vaimo products and services. This role is also focused on creating lead generation strategies in the digital environment to contribute to revenue growth.

As a person, you are passionate about digital, have a strong digital background and you are at home with various digital technologies. You have excellent spoken and written English and are a motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a vibrant and fast-paced collaborative environment across departments and countries.

Your responsibilities will include managing and owning all digital campaigns, improving Vaimo website traffic quality and conversion and helping to maximise lead generation from different digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely together with marketing and sales teams to deliver high performing digital marketing campaigns aligned with Vaimo strategy and business goals- this includes developing, implementing, tracking, optimising and analysing the campaigns
  • Help to lead, develop and execute digital marketing plans with global and local marketing teams to support lead generation
  • Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimise user funnels.
  • Planning & owning all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Grow Vaimo’s social media presence through organic and paid social posts
  • Evaluate and optimise existing marketing campaigns and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal content and design team to develop copy, various content and graphics in order to launch and run successful digital campaigns
  • Identify digital trends and insights, optimise spend and performance based on the insights
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
  • Track competitors’ activities
  • Identify new digital marketing channels for distribution of content that support lead generation campaigns (e.g. webinars)
  • Work closely with Vaimo key strategic partners to plan and execute joint digital campaigns and initiatives
  • Contribute to marketing team effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term issues that can be improved.
Skills & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2B sector (preferably in the eCommerce sector and/or IT industry from a solution provider perspective)
  • Experience working with the following marketing and advertising tools: Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
  • Experience with marketing automation, scoring leads and managing a marketing, sales and CRM system (preferably Hubspot)
  • Experience with generating awareness through content marketing, PR, social media and SEO
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Webmaster Tools
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touchpoints.
  • Self-motivated, detail-orientated with a positive attitude, team player and ability to always bring new ideas to the table
  • Ability to plan and manage workload in a fast-paced work environment
