Capgemini is looking for a senior pen-tester with a strong background in offensive security to join our team in Brussels.
As a senior penetration tester, you will be leading and executing offensive security engagements from start to end, along with the ability to communicate with the stakeholders and clients, advising them about the importance of conducting offensive security operations such as penetration testing, red teaming, attack simulations, and threat hunting.
You will be part of the growing offensive security team which solves complex IT problems and challenges, with your skill set and creativity you will break into systems in order to find vulnerabilities and exploitation techniques to help our clients upgrading their defense mechanism against modern threats and attack vectors.
Skills & Requirements
Proven track record in conducting offensive security projects
5+ years of experience in penetration testing and red teaming
2+ years’ experience in leading penetration testing projects starting from the initial kick-off meetings till the final report
Experience in creating proposals and communicating with the clients
Able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including “C level”
Hold certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, or GPEN or equivalent.
A team player that helps colleagues and spread knowledge across the organization
You have excellent command of English, Flemish/Dutch, and French (preferred)
