We are looking for an Internal IT Support Specialist to join our team at Vaimo. While working with the Internal IT team, you will support Vaimo employees both in our Tallinn office and our 15+ offices globally.
Internal IT ensures that Vaimo users have every tool they need. For this reason, you will work with a range of applications: Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, G-Suite apps, Slack, Zoom, Pandadoc, HubSpot, and GoodData, a business intelligence platform. Through researching new tools and implementing new solutions, you will also help Vaimo reach peak performance.
Our team is small but flexible, empowering, and always open to collaboration. We always try to simplify work at Vaimo and automate everything we can. For example, we even have a Slack bot that resolves some of our tickets. If you have any ideas for a script or tool for automation or would like to develop a project of your own, we welcome you to take on new challenges.

Skills & Requirements
An Exceptional Candidate’s Profile:
Some work experience in the IT field, preferably on an enterprise-level
Knowledge of the Apple/Mac/Linux ecosystem
Strong written and verbal communication skills: you feel comfortable both talking to users on video and writing how-to manuals
Willingness to learn and open mindset to tackle different tasks and challenges
English language fluency, both written and spoken
