Basware Support consists of more than 200 Support Specialists organized in 1st, 2nd and 3rd line based in 10 locations. Our unit processes more than 12.000 tickets per month, from service requests to very complex issues, requiring deep knowledge regarding Basware products and services, combined with the business process understanding.-

We are looking for a customer focused Support Consultant with a technical mindset to the P2P 2nd Line Customer Support team. Our Nordic team is based in three different locations in Finland and Sweden, and we currently have 14 professionals in the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Your main task is to support our customers in close co-operation and the other stakeholders in- and outside the company via our ticketing system, phone and emails.

  • Self-directed ticket solving in the 2nd line technical support and providing quality resolutions for our customers

  • Identifies recurring deficiencies in the Ticket processing and suggests improvements.

  • 2nd line consultants work closely with our Customers, our Delivery Consultants, 3rd line support, Production Teams, R&D and other internal stakeholders to resolve the cases reported by our customers Customers and partners.

Skills & Requirements

The successful candidate will have a strong background of working in technical customer interface and preferably experience in support or consulting services. We hope you have at least 1-3 years relevant work experience. You are highly motivated to constantly learn new things and you like to collaborate with other team-members. You will also have excellent troubleshooting skills and basic understanding of product development and production environments. Skills/competences in invoice standards and XML/XSLT and knowledge of SQL-database (scripts, queries etc.) will be a big plus.

We would prefer you to have Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Computer Science) or relevant work experience. Fluent Finnish and English language skills are required.
