Key tasks & activities

As an SAP HR Consultant, you'll translate clients' HR challenges into IT requirements using SAP's latest technologies.

  • Provide SAP expertise to clients, offering solutions aligned with business needs and processes.
  • Execute functional changes, including projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Assist the Team leader in estimation processes.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adhere to agreed planning and estimations.
  • Resolve issues within SLA guidelines and proactively communicate risks to the team leader.

Product & Functional Expertise (2-3 years)

  • Good knowledge in PA/OM, HR tables, and HR objects.
  • Strong ABAP debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Analyze and document system interface requirements.
  • Experience in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL, BADIs, Smartforms, and HCM Forms and Processes.
  • Good understanding of SAP HR modules PA, OM; Basic Understanding of modules Time, Payroll
  • Familiarity with change management processes and enterprise HR functions
  • General understanding of the enterprise HR functions and operational processes

Your profile

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Adaptable team player with strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a keen analytical mind and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new technologies and self-learn to meet project requirements
  • Native speaker in Dutch or French with professional working proficiency in English.
