Reviewing marketing strategies and advising on technology options
Advising on campaign design and execution
Skills assessments and competency design
Managing & working alongside digital agencies
Current vendor landscape and trends
Content Management
Experience of creating a content strategy
Analysing and designing solutions
Product selection and vendor assessment
Current vendor landscape and trends
Customer Communication Management
Analysing and Estimating requirements
Leading assessment of customer communications
Advising on simplification of customer comms to improve experience
