Haglöfs AB is now recruiting a Sales Representative Germany to manage the Area South-West Germany. The position is a permanent full-time position and reports directly to the Country Manager Germany & Austria. The incumbent will be an important contributor in developing the Haglöfs brand on the German market together with the Country Manager and the rest of the team.
Haglöfs develops, sells and distributes premium outdoor equipment for anyone who wants to explore the outdoors. By focusing on high quality, durability and functionality, we ensure great outdoor experiences for our consumers. The Sales Representative role is a core function in creating reliability, profitability and strong relationships with our customers, enabling our brand to grow long-term.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving a profitable sales and customer agenda for Area South-West Germany, with focus both on maximizing sales growth from existing customers as well as developing new accounts. You will also be responsible for managing and meeting your customers’ needs from sell in, to staff training and the provision of merchandising support, focused on delivering strong sell through. You are also expected to contribute to the functional development of the sales team and reaching the German team’s strategic goals.
The job will require travelling to visit customers in the area, attendance at trade shows, international sales meetings and brand events.
You should have a relevant educational background and previous experience from sales and managing customer relations. We also hope you share our passion for the outdoors and strive to be part of a great sales team.
