Skills & Requirements

Your responsibilities:

  • Build positive, long-lasting relationships through clients’ engagement and directly drive revenue growth and market share for both our clients and Meltwater

  • Consult clients’ unique needs by having strategic high level discussions with C-level PR/Communications/Marketing executives

  • Work across all verticals including ASX100 listed, tech, travel, government and more

  • Make clients love Meltwater by proactively offering advice on industry best practices and creative product solutions

About You:

  • University degree with strong academic results is a must

  • Natural relationship builder and confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally

  • Experience in a client facing role within SaaS/tech sales environment is a HUGE plus

  • Real passion for digital media and what it can do for businesses today

  • Naturally curious as to how businesses work and what’s happening in the world

  • Ability to operate in a highly fast-paced, KPIed environment and think quickly on your feet to offer solutions to complex requirements

  • Being aligned with our values: ambition, respect and, most importantly, fun!

  • Eligibility to legally work in Australia long-term

  • Excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English
