Skills & Requirements

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of around 80-100 of Meltwater’s Australian clients

  • Meet and exceed sales metrics with both individual and team targets

  • Build positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement with numerous product offerings to increase value and drive market share

  • Implement strategies to drive business growth and inform decision-making at the C-suite level

  • Increase revenue by negotiating contract renewals for long-term subscriptions while developing up-sale and cross-sale opportunities

  • Work across all verticals; including non-profit, ASX100 listed, government and more...

  • Inform and drive knowledge by challenging the status quo across traditional and social channels

Your skills:

  • University degree with strong academic results

  • Exceptional communication & relationship building skills

  • 1-3 years of account management experience with track record of success

  • Communications and marketing background highly preferred

  • Real passion for digital media and what it can do for businesses today

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Drive & killer instinct

  • Capability of juggling multiple critical metrics

  • Eligibility to legally work in Australia

  • Excellent level of proficiency in written & spoken English
