Mentimeter is one of the fastest growing companies in Sweden (DI Gasell 2018). One of the reasons we are so successful is our continuous improvement on being data-driven in Product development, Marketing and Sales. Leveraging data is key to understanding our users and to offer them the best Mentimeter experience possible, we are expanding our Data Analytics team with a Product Data Scientist/Analyst.

In this role you will work hands-on with our product teams and other stakeholders within the organisation to enable and promote more accurate, data-driven decisions and provide clarity on how each team is contributing. Together with us you will study user behaviour, evaluate strategic initiatives and experiment with new features surrounding the product.

We work in small, independent, self-organizing teams. With a large interest across the whole organisation to become more data-driven, we value someone who enjoys teasing out hypotheses and is incredibly collaborative. Come and help us understand our users better through good experimental design and in-depth data analysis!

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, user researchers, product managers, designers and engineers who are passionate about Mentimeter’s user experience, whether they are brand new explorers or in-depth power-users
  • Design and specify tracking in order to analyse hypothesis-based A/B experiments and foster data-driven decision making in the product team
  • Conduct analyses to extract actionable insights on user behaviour that will help drive product and design decisions
  • Support in structuring KPI frameworks and measurable objectives that help guide and connect to the performance of Mentimeter’s strategy within the product team
  • Be an important part of a growing analytics team to define standards and good practices

Work with great people

Soner
Front-end Developer
"Dog videos vs. Cat videos is the ever ongoing fight of Internet. Soner has clearly picked a side: Doggos. The cuter and hairier the better."
Federica
Sales Manager Europe
"All the way from Italian metropolitan via small town of Switzerland to Stockholm to be a part of the Menti-family. It's like it was written in the stars (check the cancer sign)."
Anna
Product Manager
"Anna is a Stockholmer and a part of the Mentimeter KTH alumni crew. When she's not innovating at Mentimeter, she's doing jumping jacks on the handball court or partying in the USA."
Carl
Head of Brand
"As a kid Carl wanted to be a fashion designer, but ended up doing the next best thing - branding and PR. When he's not at Menti he's touring Sweden with his cover band (apparently they're terrible)."
