Planhat is looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing Customer Success. We are in a hyper-growth phase, with a platform that is loved and used by thousands of users across the world. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and global team in an expansive phase.

As a Marketing Manager at Planhat, you will help to draft, shape, develop and deliver an innovative marketing strategy. You will play a pivotal role in building out the Planhat story, create top quality content for our marketing activities, and help drive our lead generation and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Help draft, shape and develop an innovative marketing strategy
  • Manage the end to end process of content including the design, promotion and production of whitepapers, webinars, case studies, videos and blogs (development of content independently and together with 3rd parties)
  • Participate in events and build customer communities
  • Understand, refine and clearly articulate a compelling messaging, differentiation and positioning of Planhat
  • Explore new and emerging communication channels and content formats
  • Manage digital and social channels
  • Optimize marketing based on ROI of marketing activities

We will offer you an independent role in an agile team. Planhat is remote first, and for the right candidate, we are open to a remote role.

Skills & Requirements

  • Native English speaker and writer
  • Excellent storyteller and editor
  • Tech savvy with entrepreneurial mindset: Curious about technology, understanding of SaaS companies in a hyper growth phase, and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience within B2B SaaS marketing: A strong, dynamic marketer with demonstrated ability to produce engaging and at times technical content to B2B audiences
  • You build strong relationships with our customers
  • Analytical, organised and solutions oriented, including strong understanding of SEO to ensure all content is optimised for discovery
  • Passion (potentially to be developed) for Customer Success
