We’re looking for a Global Sales Coordinator to join our Group sales team. You will be a key person in standardising our way of working from an internal perspective and improving our daily routines, documentation, reporting and management of sales activities.
Ultimately, you will drive Vaimo’s growth by increasing the productivity and activity levels throughout our sales organisation. You will work globally and support all of our country sales teams.
You will be a part of a centralised team and help ensure smooth sales procedures.
Who we are looking for?
A successful candidate is well-organised and habitually follows up on processes and procedures. At times, successful task completion will require the candidate to directly manage remote team members. Excellent communication and documentation skills are necessary as well as a good commercial understanding.
You will be an expert user of our CRM and contracting software. In addition, you will be a key player in making relevant materials available to our teams at the right time. You will also assist with continuous sales enablement (training) by making courses available and follow up on attendance and test results.
Ideally, you will become a pillar to count on for the local sales teams as a member of the quite fluid and operational central sales team.
Together with the rest of the central sales team, you will impact our SQL generation and SQL conversion rate through multiple vital tasks:
Provide commercial quality assurance on proposals and other sales materials (presentation decks, RFP documents etc. )
Ensure that our CRM accurately reflects the status of each opportunity, account and sales manager.
Coordinate and manage local sales meetings (internal) on a regular basis
Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service
Coordinate meetings, calls, and demos for the sales team for key opportunities
Manage sales enablement programs around our different offerings
Structure available material for easy access from our different team members
Communicate and document transactions with our partners
Skills & Requirements
Verbal and written English proficiency
Understanding of complex service sales, directly or indirectly
Experience in a position such as a Business Controller, Sales Coordinator, Account Coordinator or in a similar role
Hands-on experience with CRM software and contracting software
Experience in people management, ideally indirectly
Organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
Curiosity about other markets, countries and cultural specifics
