We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to join the Northvolt communications team in Stockholm. The role will place you at the heart of the company, responsible for diverse range of tasks and duties – all of which will contribute directly to the development of the company and its mission to enable the future of energy.
Northvolt is growing at a tremendous speed – moving from 12 to over 700 people, with 65 different nationalities spread across six different locations, in just over three years. This development has created a vibrant, fast-paced and international working environment, but it has also posed challenges in terms of keeping the team aligned, informed and attached to the overall mission and culture of the company.
This is where you come in. As Internal Communications Manager, you will be strategically and operationally responsible for the internal communications program, which includes channel and content management, certain internal events and meetings, as well as the overall responsibility for information sharing between offices, teams and functions.
Most importantly, as Internal Communications Manager you will be a key player in ensuring that the Northvolt culture is maintained and nurtured throughout all Northvolt locations and teams.

Location: Stockholm. Frequent travelling to other Northvolt offices in Sweden, Germany and Poland should be expected.
