Key Responsibilities

Our Consulting unit's Content and Digital team is looking for a creative B2B digital marketing professional with campaign management experience and strong execution skills to join our multiskilled marketing team. You will:

  • Be our global point of contact for digital campaign management – working closely with our content team and country marketers to build targeted, regional and global campaigns.
  • Collaborate across all marketing and consultancy teams to pull together and manage all the moving parts of a campaign: from running workshops, to guiding asset development, to delivering and optimizing a successful campaign.
  • Manage day-to-day digital activities and requests and use your experience to play a key role in enhancing our operations – anything from writing and publishing social media posts, to doing an email QA.

  • A manager-level professional with broad B2B marketing knowledge, and an all-rounded strategic and execution-focused skillset: someone who can both plan an effective, targeted campaign, but also build and execute activities for different digital channels.
  • A digital guru who is resilient and fast on their feet, and hungry to prove themselves in return for recognition and responsibility. You’re not a follower – you’re a self-starter who loves to innovate and collaborate.
  • A natural project manager who keeps everything moving. You’ll possess exceptional organization and time management skills and strive for operational excellence.
  • Someone who isn’t afraid to get technical. You don’t need to be a skilled programmer, but you must be driven by technical challenges and be prepared for problem-solving across our platforms.
  • An avid tech lover who isn’t afraid of technical language and concepts, willing to dive into the vastly different areas of cyber security to ensure that our activities resonate with our audience.
  • Our sales cycle is long, our industry competitive, and our offerings technically-complex. You’ll think beyond lead gen and MQLs at what will really grow the business in the long-term. Brand awareness is your forte.


Essential skills/competencies:

  • Proven campaign management experience. Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
  • Successful execution is key to this role – you will be hands-on with our tech stack on a daily basis to build effective campaigns across all channels.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics and an ability to extract the correct data, analyze it, and provide key stakeholders with meaningful insights.
  • Email marketing and automation.
  • Performance marketing, including paid social (LinkedIn) and paid media (Google Ads).
  • Writing for the web and a strong command of the English language (landing pages, emails, social media posts, search ads, etc.).
  • Experience dealing with complex, detail-oriented subject matter.
  • Experience working in a global company and managing projects across time zones.


Bonus points

  • A degree or training in a marketing, digital, or data-related discipline
  • Experience or deep interest in ABM
  • SEO and content optimization
  • Experience working within a technology company
