Job Description

Planhat is looking for a driven and savvy Product Manager to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing Customer Success. We are in a hyper-growth phase, with a platform that is loved and used by thousands of users across the world. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced and global team in an expansive phase.

In your role, you will interact with support, sales, customer success, engineers and customers. You are a master prioritizer, comfortable working at high pace in an international environment. The role will have direct impact on Planhat's performance and customer satisfaction. We expect you to quickly become a product expert, constantly seeking feedback from customers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Gather and prioritize product requirements
  • Drive the product roadmap and communicate priorities to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to identify technical possibilities and define design options
  • Work hand in hand with engineering through implementation, ensuring goals are clear and facilitating decisions throughout

Skills & Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, we think that you have the following competencies:

  • Prior experience in SaaS B2B or enterprise software
  • "App Savvy" way beyond O365 and Google Docs.
  • Friendly, helpful and highly competitive
  • Analytical, organised and solutions oriented
  • Effective communicator, which includes being a great listener and observer as well as a great deliverer of your message.
  • Nice to have: Proven track record in product management, engineering or product marketing roles
  • Nice to have: You have started a company in the past or you have built a side project that generates revenue
