Customs Responsible

Do you want to take BRAV to the next level? We seek you, who utilizes your high competence in international manufacturing and trade to create a first class Brav Supply chain.

Main Areas of Responsibility:


  • Monitor and improve customs processes, ensuring compliance in import and export formalities
  • Secure efficient and correct customs clearance of all our shipments, by road, sea, air and rail
  • Ensure compliance and documentation for all our products, according to official guidelines in our markets
  • Be the expert in custom regulations, assuring we fully comply within the law of national and international custom
  • Cooperate with product development and sourcing to optimize the composition of raw materials and country of origin

Inbound logistics

  • Scheduling and handling the expediting and receiving of goods coming to Brav in a sustainable and cost-effective way
  • Close cooperation with Procurement Responsible, Warehouse and transport providers
  • Streamline inbound compliance standards and follow up external partners

Outbound logistics

  • Facilitate the distribution of goods and related information flows from Brav warehouse to end customer
  • Ensure all deliveries from Brav to customer is in accordance with company standards and agreements
  • Contribute towards establishing a set of Brav guidelines for deliveries


  • Proactively work to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Design, implement and follow an efficient handling and logistic strategy for events such as Birken and Vasaloppet, including return of unsold goods
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient handling of salesman samples

Skills & Requirements

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
  • Very good native and English language skills, both verbally and written
  • Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite)
  • Strong knowledge of business applications tools (D365)
  • Ability to review, analyse and manage large volumes of data
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work
  • Proven track record in handling incoming and outgoing flow of goods
  • Highly skilled in customs regulations and requirements
