We are looking for a results oriented Performance Marketing Specialist in our Stockholm office to support our Paid Social Programs. In this role, you will become part of our fully integrated in-house marketing team which operates in an international, high-paced and innovative environment.

This is a great opportunity to become part of building a real marketing growth engine. Key activity areas include:

  1. Create funnels for different categories and guide people in their purchase decisions;
  2. Own the process for creative optimization and experimentation with help from the creative team;
  3. Set-up a cross-channel attribution model to measure the impact – at least that’s where we are heading.

We are petrolheads in digital marketing - we brake stuff, we fix it and then push it to the limits again. If you can relate to that, this role maybe for you and you may even be a petrolhead as well?!


The ideal candidate is an ambitious team player with an entrepreneurial mindset, a self starter willing to dig in and own the foundation of the paid social domain. He or she is quick to grasp the challenge and can work towards concrete results with little oversight. You also set priorities and manage your own work efficiently.


  • Act as the campaigns gatekeeper, ensure all Paid Social campaign work undertaken is driving towards clear business goals;
  • Overlook investment allocation in Paid Social to reach business performance KPIs;
  • Drive automation in Paid Social with a focus on creative, campaign and audience automation;
  • Develop an effective optimization process to quickly identify and respond to changes in performance;
  • Research and leverage Paid Social industry trends to inform our marketing strategy;
  • Communicate with the wider Marketing Team - share performance, insights and identify new opportunities.

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in an in-house performance marketing team or performance marketing agency;
  • Previous experience managing multinational Paid Social campaigns;
  • Experience with website analytical tools (eg. Google Analytics);
  • Experience with feed management tools;
  • Experience working with performance KPIs, and with drilling into performance data to identify issues or opportunities to improve KPI performance;
  • Solid knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic modelling) - strong analytical mindset;
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating and interpreting Paid Social reports. Ability to explain cause-effect relationships;
  • Ideally you bring experience in working with other digital marketing channels either as part of an in house marketing team or from working with a digital advertising agency.
