HCM Project manager with HRIS experience

Join Capgemini as an HCM Project manager and ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end implementations by managing all aspects of the project (sales, planning, budget, scope, resources…).

Core responsibilities

  • Project Management Expertise: understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively deliver HCM projects on time and within budget
  • Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all stakeholders
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and ensure cohesive teamwork throughout the project lifecycle
  • HCM Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with human capital management processes, HR technology, and industry trends to align project strategies with client's HR goals and needs

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree combined with several years of experience in IT implementation projects within an HR context
  • A certifications in project management methodology
  • A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
  • Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
  • A native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
