As a HCM consultant at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of end-to-end implementations in the field of Human Capital management. We focus on 3 main tools: PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors
and Oracle HCM.
Just a grasp of responsibilities that might come your way:
Preparation: gather requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate the tool, present the overall solution;
Realization: guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, configure the requirements and processes in the tool, develop and execute testing;
Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material;
Ownership: grow and become our SuccessFactors/ PeopleSoft/ Oracle HCM expert, be the driving force for Capgemini Belgium, coach junior colleagues in acquiring the necessary skills.
You hold a Bachelor or Masters’ degree in HR management, commercial engineering, (applied) economics
You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
You are driven by new technologies & change
You are results & client-oriented and you have a high level of commitment
You are pragmatic, self-driven, go-getter & enthusiastic
You like to work in a (multidisciplinary) team
You have excellent communication skills
