Are you a marketer excited about technology, working with an amazing team of sales, product and marketing professionals and very keen on creating an impact in the business results with the help of insights-driven storytelling and impactful marketing channel implementation?

F-Secure is looking for a creative and business-driven marketing leader to head our B2B Marketing Operations team. This lean team plans, creates and implements our channel partner and enterprise end-customer content marketing through impactful customer journey thinking, content marketing strategy, content marketing assets and implementation of these insight-driven content campaigns across our marketing channels together with the rest of the B2B marketing team. This position is a great opportunity for a hands-on marketer with track record in exceptional B2B narrative creation, engaging storytelling using customer insights, portfolio differentiators and vision for creative and engaging campaign implementations across different touchpoints, impacting the revenue yield of the business.

Marketing operations team serves all our B2B business units and countries as an in-house creative & operational marketing agency. You’ll lead a team of talented marketing professionals and personally engage with various stakeholders in marketing, PR, sales and product in our B2B business. This role is both strategic and tactical as you’ll create and develop F-Secure’s content marketing strategy towards enterprise and channel partner audiences and drive impactful content implementation in our digital and offline marketing channels (e.g. web, email, events) to create strong engagement and conversion. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B content marketing strategy for F-Secure’s Business Security BU (target audiences are primarily B2B end-customers and channel partners)
  • Provide impactful in-house marketing agency services for F-Secure B2B business by:
  • Creating content and distribution of global campaigns:
    • Written B2B content pieces for all marketing activities and campaigns across all our channels
    • B2B video and audio productions
    • B2B graphic design
  • Lead and develop a team to plan and manage content creation and impactful implementation in online and offline marketing channels (e.g. web, social media, email, events)
  • Lead external marketing agencies for this area and optimizing the right balance between in-house activities
  • Lead successful marketing automation operations (lead nurturing & customer/partner lifecycle communication programs)
  • Lead B2B web strategy development, related customer journey thinking and implementation in tight alignment with internal stakeholders

What are we looking for?

Our ambition is very high, the market is rapidly growing, and cyber security is a very hot topic at the moment. We are a performance driven B2B Marketing team, and our success is measured primarily on the amount of leads and sales opportunity pipeline Hence it’s important that you come with strong business acumen and have experience in creating content and customer journeys through our touchpoint having a significant B2B demand generation impact.

  • You have experience in using both quantitative and qualitative insights in marketing to inform your decisions, to optimize the customer experience through marketing channels and to steer your overall content strategy.
  • It comes natural for you to think through the eyes of the customer (end-customer or channel partner) when creating impactful and scalable omnichannel campaigns that maximize sales conversions and build strong engagement with F-Secure brand and our B2B offering.
  • You have experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and you’ll enjoy developing global campaigns with our country marketers and HQ team.
  • To succeed, you’ll need to have leadership skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, capability for strategic thinking, coupled with desire to personally roll up the sleeves and bring plans to action.
