Our daily work is to help companies achieve valuable, actionable analyses from their internal and external data.

We are looking for our next Data Governance Consultant to help our clients in their Digital transformations.

What will you do?

  • In Data Governance: lead/participate in conducting scoping missions and/or lead/participate in projects on data governance (diagnosis, maturity assessment, data quality assessment, definition of a roadmap)
  • In Data Management: participate in the implementation of Data Management projects (Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Data Integration, Lineage, Data Assets cataloguing, Data Lifecycle, ETL transformations, Data Flows analysis).
  • Join an active Data Management community and participate in the development of the Data Trust offer (development of assets, presentations, responses to calls for tenders). You apply the Information lifecycle management best practices and accelerators.

You:

  • You are passionate about data, so you know how to query and understand database logics.
  • You have at least 6 years of working experience in the above Data Management and Data Governance tasks above.
  • You are master in one (or more) of the following tools: Collibra platform, Informatica Axon/Business Glossary, Alation Data Catalog, IBM InfoSphere, ASG
  • You are capable to do Business Process modelling (BPMN) and mapping versus Data Flows
  • You are capable to design integrated Data Governance solutions by means of data modelling tools.
  • You own a certification to Data management/Governance methodologies (DAMA, etc.) is a plus

Due to the nature of a large international organization, candidates should also have the following non-technical skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to participate in multilingual meetings in English and to understand, speak, and write in English (C1 level), French/Dutch is considered a plus
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and run stakeholder meetings
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team, integrate and work in an international/multi-cultural environment, on variable-sized projects
  • Ability to work with a high degree of rigor and method and, more specifically, to follow standards such as naming conventions
