Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) is seeking passionate individuals who will be involved with teaching and mentoring entrepreneurs-in-training in technology so that they can begin building a scalable technology company at the end of the program.
These individuals will contribute to creating a culture of excellence in a supportive environment that furthers the success of our entrepreneurs-in-training and drives the reputation of MEST as a world-class entrepreneurship training program.
Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) recruits Africa's most promising software entrepreneurs for a fully sponsored, intensive 12-month training program. Entrepreneurs-in-Training (EITs) learn tech, business, and communications from a team of global experienced fellows. Graduates of our training program pitch their validated business ideas for the opportunity to receive seed funding and enter our incubator, where they will get hands-on support as they launch their business in one of our markets.
MEST consists of a 1-year training program at our Headquarters in Accra, Ghana, followed by support and mentorship through our incubator network across Africa. All members of MEST become part of our Pan-African tech community and receive access to our network of mentors, entrepreneurs, corporate partners and more.
We believe that talent is everywhere though opportunity is not, and with the right support and guidance these aspiring entrepreneurs can achieve great things!
MEST was launched by The Meltwater Foundation, the non-profit arm of Meltwater, in 2008. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, Meltwater is a global leader in media intelligence and Outside Insight.
