Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to find qualified potential candidates using a variety of sources, including social media, CV databases, job sites, professional discussion forums, and recruitment events.
- Identify key skills, experiences, and personal characteristics that match the company's needs for each vacant position.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates by communicating with them professionally and answering their questions throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure that selected candidates meet those needs.
- Assist potential candidates throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating schedules, and providing feedback at each stage of the process.
- Regularly follow up with candidates throughout recruitment to maintain their interest and engagement.
Qualités et compétences requises
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional recruitment experience, with proven experience in candidate sourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of the business environment, employment market trends, and modern recruitment techniques.
