Salary: £43,200 base and £67,500 OTE + uncapped commission and bonuses

Meltwater is offering a B2B client facing sales role working with our top clients. Our goal is to create positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement with the product to increase the overall value of their service. We service over 30,000 clients with SaaS solutions helping them understand their markets, engage their customers, and master the new social business environment.

What to expect as a Growth Executive:

  • Sales focus (client-facing) with both monthly personal and team targets
  • Responsible for increasing revenue by negotiating to up-sell contracts to ensure long-term client satisfaction and product implementation
  • Represent Meltwater at client meetings on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with Client Success colleagues who manage clients all over the UKI
  • Act as an ambassador for client development throughout the Meltwater

Skills & Requirements

Is this you?

  • University degree (any discipline), 2:1 or above
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in SaaS and/or marketing experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success
  • Firm knowledge and understanding of business operations
  • Demonstration of interests outside of work and study (travel, exchange, sport, volunteering etc.)
  • Keen interest in news, current affairs and social media
  • Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated & organized with the ability to multitask & prioritize
  • Eligibility to legally work in the UK and Ireland

You Will Get Bonus Points For:

  • Familiarity with the Marketing and PR function inside of companies
  • International experience (academic, personal or professional)
