We are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager to work as a part of our Operations team. The team is responsible for the quality performance of our direct material suppliers and sub-contractors, working with product development projects and quality assurance during high-volume production. The position is located in Vantaa, Finland, and includes a significant amount of travel within Europe and Asia.
As a Supplier Quality Manager, you take initiative to improve performance and are able to cooperate in a multi-functional team towards a common goal. You understand standard requirements and can work systematically according to defined processes. You are ready to take on new challenges and continuously develop your professional skills. We appreciate your independent and accurate working style and admirable teamwork skills.
You are responsible for managing and improving the quality performance of key material suppliers. You perform audits on the suppliers’ site according to the VDA6.3 standard, approve new materials through the PPAP process, manage supplier changes and manage supplier non-conformities. You will be part of a team of Supplier Quality Managers who share in the development and improvement of our ways of working.

These qualities and skills will support your success in the position:
We appreciate your prior experience from Semiconductor or Electronics Industries, and you might also have some knowledge of Semiconductor Manufacturing Processes. In this position, you can exploit your ISO 9001 knowledge and quality auditor experience. Working knowledge of Finnish will support your daily work and other language skills such as Japanese, Chinese or German are advantage, but not necessary. In addition, we value prior automotive experience (e.g. IATF 16949 and VDA6.3 standards), proficiency in using core tools (e.g. APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC) and knowledge of quality methods (e.g. Change control, 8D, FTA, RCA).
