We are looking for a versatile Software Engineer to join our small but experienced team of developers working in DevOps fashion. You will develop further our F-Secure SENSE technology for router security products so if you have a passion for developing security features, this is the place to be. Your work will also include researching router platforms and porting our SENSE technology to them, as well as communicating with R&D of router manufacturers regarding practical integration work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product owner and other team members in developing and implementing new security features

  • Research router platforms

  • Communicate with R&D partners

  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English (Finnish not required)
  • In-depth understanding and experience in Linux (Debian/Embedded)
  • Internet Protocols knowledge(IPv4/IPv6/routing/firewalls/VLANs/WLANs).
  • Network knowledge programming in general
  • C++ development skills on Linux (C++11/14)
