Sievo’s Sales Development Representative is not your typical SDR position.

You will not spend your days cold calling or answering cold leads. You will be responsible for the evolution of Sales Development at Sievo. At the same time you envision and execute. You drive the function forward and drive revenue growth in close cooperation with our Sales and Marketing teams.

In this role you will:

  • Identify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales.
  • Maintain active engagement with leads using creative follow-up tactics.
  • Partner with regional sales leads to build their pipeline and develop your skills.
  • Drive scalable sales execution through rigorous metrics, automation and processes.

You will need to be:

  • Adaptable – things change fast in Sievo and especially in Sales Development. You must keep up.
  • Motivated – you’re a self-starter with a strong desire for high-performance and success.
  • Analytical – you create your own metrics and reports to analyze and drive key results.
  • You have the vision – Sales Development is new to Sievo. You’re the one to drive it forward.

What we are looking for:

  • Higher education completed or near completion (for example business studies / sales / marketing.)
  • Previous work experience in B2B sales, sales development, or growth marketing.
  • Communication skills. You’ll need to be persuasive in written and spoken English.
  • Experience using lead qualification and engagement tools (for example Hubspot, Clearbit, Discover.org)
