On behalf of Swedish Match, we are looking for an experienced and engaging Brand & Innovations Manager to the Central Marketing Team. This is a challenging and rewarding position with a purpose to develop superior portfolio initiatives for the Snus Brand Portfolio, establishing strong product concepts for our brands. In accordance with the teams long term ambitions and based on thorough analysis you will develop recommendations on product concepts including business case, consumer targets, communication concepts and design.
In the role as Brand & Innovation Manager you will own all aspects of the brand innovation stage to land in a complete concept ready for launch. You will analyze brand consumers and competitors to be sure we highlight areas of weaknesses, as well as identify new opportunities. You will act as Swedish Match internal champion of brands, making sure all elements of the Division understand the brand identities and goals. You will have the approval of the final products before launch, making sure they meet the set criteria and consumer preference.
Skills & Requirements
To succeed in this role we believe that you have a few years of hands on work experience from similar central brand and innovation roles. Naturally, you can provide us with relevant examples of successful brand/product concepts that you have led the development of, from A-Z, including analysis to concept to launch and follow up on results.
Moreover, you have:
Very strong creative skills, a growth mindset and hands-on approach to responsibilities
Long experience from analyzing consumer insights and translating to actionable initiatives
A structured and collaborative mindset with strong and smooth project management skills
Confidence and maturity to think freely, yet act responsibly
Fluent in English and Swedish
The ability to influence, engage and motivate others on a 360 basis
Hold a university degree in Business (Finance/Marketing/Economics)
Naturally, to be genuine and trustworthy in this role you have a true passion for our brands and products as well as for our consumers.
