The Unifaun Inside Sales function is a central part of Unifaun’s sales organization and has as its focus to develop, build and maintain new as well as existing customer accounts, across all Unifaun offerings towards the SME and Corporate segments. The Inside Sales function is also responsible for business development based on leads generated by the Marketing function. Success measures for the function is to drive sales towards new and existing accounts, maintain existing revenue, secure high customer satisfaction throughout the client base and to support the other Sales teams with leads. The function will initially cover the Nordic countries.

The Inside Sales function is crucial to the success of the Unifaun GoToMarket (GTM) strategy and this role will be responsible for continuously develop the function. The Head of Inside Sales is part of the Unifaun Commercial Team leadership group and reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Overall responsibility

The key focus for the Head of Inside Sales is to drive sales towards new and existing accounts within the SME and Corporate segments. The function will sell all Unifaun offerings with primary focus on Delivery Management towards B2B and B2C shippers. The current team consists of three skillful Inside Sales Representatives in Stockholm and Helsinki, reporting to the Head of Inside Sales. Key responsibilities for the manager are to continue to manage & further develop current team and recruit & on-board new team members to create an even stronger team for a successful future.

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

To be successful in this role, we want you to have experience of acting as a team lead or equivalent. Through your previous roles you have gained good operational understanding of the Marketing, Sales and Customer Success processes, preferably within the SW-industry.

Your leadership style is based on common sense and an extra ordinary ability to engage other and create commitment. You are driven and have proven executing capabilities as well as a strong ability to establish and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.

As Head of Inside Sales you need to be fluent in Swedish and English. An academic degree or equivalent is also required.
