A new team-member who with its attitude, experience and energy will create the perfect mix to support clients as well as Unifaun´s further business expansion and success.

The Unifaun Key Account Management (KAM) function is a central part of Unifaun’s sales organization and has as its focus to develop and maintain existing customer accounts, both from the Carrier- as well as the transport buyer/shipper segment. The KAM function has the overall commercial responsibility for carriers and related business, with clear focus on creating deep relationships with the customers and on providing long-term sustainable growth for Unifaun.

We are now looking for a new, ambitious and commercially driven team-member that has an interest in developing the Carrier segment together with skilled colleagues and clients. Your main areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Commercial management of selected Carrier clients
  • Support implementation and management of Unifaun´s Carrier Connect Program
  • Drive Carrier contracts and relationships across Unifaun
  • Support other parts of the Commercial Team as presales regarding Carrier Connect related questions. This includes coaching and supporting other sales teams
  • Act as main customer contact for appointed Carriers
  • Commercial responsibility including invoicing, budgeting, and commercial follow-up
  • Active work with expanding contacts, deepening relationships and increasing customer satisfaction
  • Active work to expand Unifaun’s footprint within prioritized Carriers

Skills & Requirements

To excel in the role, you have a strong result orientation and business acumen as well as having a brilliant way of creating new and cultivate existing relationships - externally and internally. Your knowledge and experience of growing existing accounts is vital and if you have experience from commercial roles within transport/logistics and/or the SW-industry that will be a big advantage. Self-confidence, collegiate and can-do attitude are also prominent parts of your personality.

The Sales Manager - Carrier Connect will report to the Director, Key Account Management and will be a central part of Unifaun’s Carrier focus. The position is based in Stockholm but travel in Nordics/Europe will be required.
