AEM Solution Architect

Many companies are still struggling with this transformation today and are searching for ways to bring order in the chaos, ways to glue all different pieces together into one digital experience architecture. We are looking for people that can help understand customer needs, define solutions and translate them into a solid and scalable design.
As a AEM Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing solutions, from traditional AEM implementations to defining integration architecture between different services; being eCommerce, CRM, PIM or any other on-prem/cloud-based product or custom build solution. You will be leading a diverse team that is running several AEM engagements at different clients. You will be in forefront at the customer, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional analysts and technical leads of the implementation team.
We are looking for people that have experience with content centric application development. That are able to run AEM implementations from design, configuration to deployment. That are able to understand and translate business requirements into a solution design. That are able to communicate clearly to all stakeholders in a project; from the nitty-gritty technical details to developers, to high-level conceptual discussions with business.
