Scandic Hotels is offering a central position in running one of the largest E-commerce business within the Travel Industry in the Nordics. Scandic Hotels has more than 280 hotels, at 130 destinations across the Nordics, Germany and Poland, where over 30 000 people get a new experience every day.
You'll be part of "E-commerce & Digital Innovation", an international team of UX designers, CRO specialist and product owners. The team supports our guests throughout the entire customer journey from a hassle-free booking experience to digital and innovative solutions to improve the guest experience. As a Digital Analyst, you are responsible for analyzing web and app performance. Track conversion and other KPI's and work closely with our CRO Specialist on analyzing A/B tests and build hypotheses for future experimentations. Develop technical tagging specifications tied to business needs/goals. Drive and inspire the team towards becoming more data-driven in our decisions. Example of tasks:
WHO ARE YOU?
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have strong knowledge of web analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred) and Mobile Apps analytics (e.g. Google Analytics for Firebase) and proven experience of A/B testing.You have experience within E-commerce and is used to analyze web and app performance, site behaviors, usability and effectiveness of functionality. Further you have the ability to present KPIs, reports, and dashboards in ways that are clear and you have experience in visualizing multiple disparate data sets into one cohesive digital story. You are used to translating business insights gained through web analytics platforms into actionable E-commerce & Digital Development Strategy. This you combine with a university degree and experience of agile processes.

This is a fulltime role based in our headquarters in central Stockholm (Sveavägen 167).Start date: immediate. Applications will be processed continuously. The team is part of the Customer Journey vertical, and you will report directly to the Director of E-commerce & Digital Innovation.
