We need your great writing/editing skills, unflappability and appreciation of a perfectly-crafted sentence to connect with existing and new audiences of Vaimo. You’ll have the chance to work across a range of writing projects and inject your personality into our messaging to build and nurture relationships.
You are passionate about content and web technologies, have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy working in a collaborative environment across departments and countries. You have excellent spoken and written English and are happy creating both short and long-form copy often to tight deadlines. You’ve got a strong digital background and are a motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fun and fast-paced delivery environment.
Your responsibilities will include helping the existing content writer to continue positioning Vaimo as the thought leader in the eCommerce industry through our blog, resources, client stories, opinion articles and whatever else you find suitable. Plus, you’ll be adding your magic touch to marketing, sales and HR-related content to keep our messaging and branding consistent both externally and internally. From time to time you’ll also be working with the executive team around internal and external content.

Skills & Requirements
Assist the existing content writer in identifying and sourcing content from across Vaimo’s country units
Identify clients’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
Work with Vaimo’s marketing, sales, strategy, project management and C-level management team members to create relevant content
Create our clients' success stories to take these from ideas to published stories
Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
Optimise content for SEO with a focus on driving quality traffic
Update Vaimo website content as needed
Support digital marketing activities related to content (e.g. social media posts, landing page creation & email marketing support)
Ensure all-around consistency with Vaimo’s brand (style, fonts, images and tone of voice)
Prior experience writing text in the B2B and B2C eCommerce sectors and/or IT industry from a solution provider perspective
Experience working in a multi-country environment
Client handling and communication experience
Knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends and technology in general
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (such as Hubspot) and web content platforms (such as WordPress)
Experience with video scripts, video creation and editing.
