Now, we are building a new pan-Nordic application organization, and we want you to be a part of it. You will cooperate with developers, architects, Scrum master, product owners, our Nordic IT operation unit and cyber security teams and our commercial partners cross Nordic.

Some travel is required.

Areas of responsibility

  • Administration - i.e. set up workflows, reports and dashboard, business rules and technical requirements
  • Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, assignment rules, queues, licenses, capacity and storage management
  • Work together and very close to Salesforce developers
  • Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals
  • Advocate for consistent adoption of Salesforce across the organization
  • Depending on experience level, may create and maintain custom objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields and set up Website-to-Salesforce
  • Work with end users to provide coaching around best practices and tips on Salesforce usage
  • Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new functionalities and solutions as needed

Skills & Requirements

Competence and requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum or other agile methodologies
  • Experience with agile software development
  • Preferably experience from the banking or financial sector
  • Ability to completely understand complex business and technical issues
  • Software development experience in a similar role
  • Preferably a Salesforce certification
