Adapteo is on an exciting journey and we are now looking for talent with the capacity to drive complex, strategically important projects together with the different entities across our pan-European organization. The Head of Strategic Projects will be a key driver in realizing Adapteo’s ambitious agenda by executing on the wide range of strategically important projects in our portfolio.

What you will do

In this role you will deliver practical far-sighted advice that gets to the heart of our business leaders and deliver result by helping improve the way we operate, reduce costs, manage risks and maybe even fundamentally change the way we conduct our business. Your work will be all about helping our organization to work smarter and grow faster. You will work in close collaboration to business leaders and staff to secure extraordinary delivery on our projects. Reporting directly to SVP Corporate Development you will have full insight to – and the possibility to influence - our business strategy and the roadmap ahead.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and support cross-business projects in a wide span of areas such as operations, finance, sales and/or IT
  • Secure project follow-through from pre-study to implementation
  • Lead business development initiatives, such as creation of customer value
  • Take ownership of stakeholder dialogues and internal communication about strategic projects
  • Support, coach and develop staff in our different Business Units to secure long-term governance of project deliverables

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

We are looking for an ambitious person with a solid consulting skill set looking to further develop his/her career and is aiming for a leading position within a progressive company. Likely you have experience from Management Consulting or maybe you have worked as a Management Trainee within an international organization. You have a broad range of experiences from - for example - transactional services, organizational transformation and process optimization. In addition to this you also have:

  • a Bachelor´s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational management, Engineering or equivalent.
  • +4 years’ project management experience, preferably from the consulting industry
  • strong communication skills in English as well as in one of the Nordic languages, both written and oral
  • the ability to be detail-oriented, flexible, and proactive, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities
  • the ability to work well across multiple geographies and teams
  • Comfortable in both challenging and supporting business leaders in decision making
