Do you have experience of Office 365, Active Directory and AAD? Maybe you are working as a Senior Technician or 3rdline support today? Are you a communicative and collaborative team player? Scandic is expanding and looking for a Senior Service Specialist within O365/AD/AAD to the HQ in Stockholm!

You will be the expert and go-to-person regarding Office 365/AD/AAD! If you want to have a central position with many touch points, this role is something for you – the work is performed in tight collaboration with IT Service Managers, other IT Service Specialists, Service Delivery Managers and other internal stakeholders. You will execute and deliver on agreed roadmap, short and long term. Example of tasks:

  • Drive transformation from On-Premises to O365.
  • Problem analysis for incidents according to the “Problem Management Process”.
  • Execute tasks according to the “Change & Release Management Process”, e.g. upgrades.
  • Secure that the Service Documentation is up to date e.g. service catalogue, knowledge articles, support scripts, the self-service at service portal abd service delivery models.
  • Create KPI reports, analyze trends and recommend actions.
  • Financial follow up for your area and suggestions of improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Knowledge sharing e.g. FAQ, work around’s etc. on a regular basis.
  • Be a project resource in service-related projects.

Skills & Requirements

To succeed in this role, we see that you have solid experience of working with Office365, Active Directory and Azure AD. Thereto, you have experience of Windows Server environments, are used to work according to ITIL and is fluent in Swedish and English. Maybe you are a Senior Support Technician or working with 3rdline today but want to have a bigger ownership and work in a broader role.

You are a self-propelled, communicative and collaborative team player - as you are THE expert within your area and at the same time have many stakeholders that you work with. Further on, you are adaptive and solution oriented with a good ability to prioritize.
