We're currently looking for our next Second line support engineer specialized in the Salesforce Vlocity solution.
The main objectives would be:
Prepare the processes & knowledge to support the go live in collaboration with project team & incident coordination.
Act as SPOC for the coordination and integration of the project towards the TSS team
Troubleshooting of the issues reported by users to TSS, and if not possible to solve, escalate with the needed details towards Incident Coordination & L3
Identification of recurrent issues for problem management with the Project Team
Skills & Requirements
You have a Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in implementing applications in Salesforce with CPQs
You have knowledge of AMS | ITOps on SF platform
You have Certifications in Salesforce Admin & Vlocity Admin. Certifications in Vlocity CPQ would be a great plus.
You have a Technical SF knowledge (Visual Force, Triggers, Integrations, etc)
You are fluent in Dutch and English. French would be a great plus.
