The HR Coordinator will be located in Skellefteå at our project office and report directly to the Director of Human Resource based in Stockholm and on a daily basis also to the VP Construction based both in Stockholm and Skellefteå, and eventually belong to the local HR team in Northvolt Ett.
As an HR Coordinator at Northvolt in Skellfteå you’ll be a part of a passionate, skilled and diverse team. You are expected to contributing in building a stellar HR team over time, with a unique possibility to be part building HR processes from scratch. The HR Coordinator will be the first HR team member on site in Skellefteå, which means both self dependency and conscientiousness are highly valued as you will be given a lot of responsibilities and possibilities. We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in Human Resources, preferably in manufacturing companies, with knowledge from Collective Bargaining Agreements and union relations

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related
You have previous proven experience of creating a culture of engagement, collaboration and teamwork
Excellent communications skills in written and verbal communication with fluency in English and Swedish

Northvolt was founded in 2016 with the mission to build the world’s greenest battery cell, with a minimal carbon footprint and the highest ambitions for recycling, to enable the European transition to renewable energy. Northvolt’s team of experts is building the next generation battery cell factory focused on process innovation, scale and vertical integration. Once completed, it will be Europe’s largest battery cell factory and produce 32 GWh worth of capacity annually.
