In the role as Sales Development Representative your main objective is to generate and qualify sales opportunities to help us expanding our customer base with schools, universities and education companies on different geographical markets. To reach your targets you will contact potential customers by phone and email to identify, qualify and create leads for our Business Development Managers. You will be assigned different markets from time to time which will help you develop your skills and gain a wide range of experiences.

Our Sales team consists of high performing and experienced professionals with focus on sales, growth, development and customer satisfaction. The team is organized with the SDR (you), Business Development and Customer Success to cover the whole sales process and to maintain an awesome customer experience.

You will partner with the BDR's to work the markets and drive qualified leads and pipeline from targeted accounts.

In the role as SDR you will perform daily call and email activities to reach monthly and quarterly targets. In your work to develop a pipeline and to capture sales opportunities you are using a modern sales CRM and you are able to design and affect this process together with the CEO and the Head of Sales.

We offer you ongoing coaching and training to constantly learn new best practices and develop in a sales/revenue-driven role.

Skills & Requirements

Highlights of objectives and role:

  • Build sales opportunities within your assigned geographic territory by following up on mostly cold outbound prospecting and inbound demand into target accounts
  • Partner with Business Developers to work the territory and drive qualified leads and pipeline from target accounts
  • Maintain minimum daily call and email volume to move leads down the sales funnel
  • Maintain active engagement with existing leads through creative follow-up communications
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales qualified lead targets through execution of various inbound and outbound prospecting and demand generation activities. You will be able to design and affect this process together with CEO and Head of Sales.
  • Capture sales prospecting activity using modern sales CRM
  • Participate and actively engage in ongoing coaching and training to constantly learn new best practices and develop in a sales/revenue driving role.


You are/have:

  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Comfortable communicating by telephone and e-mail
  • A hunter mentality to find and cultivate new business combined with self-motivation and ambition
  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales
  • Good written/verbal communication skills
  • A technical interest
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships
  • Persuasive and energetic personality
