TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST FOR BASWARE


Basware global HR function has distinct streams for HR Business Partnering, Local HR Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Service Centre and Centre of Excellence (CoE) hubs for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits. This role will reside within Talent Acquisition.

We are looking for a true Talent Acquisition Specialist by heart, to join our global HR team to ensure we are positioned right and able to identify and attract the best talent for today and future.


HOW WOULD YOU CONTRIBUTE?

As trusted inhouse Talent Acquisition Specialist you are a key contributor in attracting and networking with the talent. The key is your ability to establish partnership with hiring business, to understand the talent needs of today and future, as well as ability to network with candidates and talent audience.

While taking ownership of end to end recruitment for Basware India and identifying talent that shares the same passion for leading the way, driving customer success, striving for excellence, inspiring and being inspired every day, you are also promoting Basware employer brand within the region. You are an expert, and keen to convert your networks of talent prospects to potential candidates - and future employees.

Your enthusiasm and desire for continuous improvement counts and there is always room for innovation!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acting as talent acquisition subject matter expert and driving end to end recruitment process in India
  • Proactive sourcing and talent pipeline building for various business needs

  • Establishing partnership with hiring business to

  • provide professional support and advisory throughout the recruitment process

  • create high quality job ads and business need/role specific sourcing strategies to identify the right talent for every role

  • ensure we identify and select the right candidates for Basware by facilitating sourcing, interview, assessment and selection process

  • ensure smooth candidate experience and onboarding for new joiners

  • Manage recruitment admin in collaboration with HR shared Service Center and Local HR management to finalize recruitment process and ensure compliance

  • Collaborate closely with HR and other relevant stakeholders to

    • tailor and implement employer branding activities in India
    • further develop recruitment process and service delivery
    • share best recruitment practices across business functions and teams
    • ensure compliance and high quality recruitment process including compliance with local legislation, data privacy and data quality

  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant educational background, preferably Bachelor or Master´s degree in HR related discipline, additional Technical degree is an asset
  • Fluent English
