Your role is to create, maintain and develop relations with new accounts. We are targeting the top 500 employers in the Nordics and it’s desirable that you have recent experience of presentation and negotiation with level of senior management/executives.

We are a team of 20 members located in a creative office space at St Eriksplan, Stockholm. We are working with a clear mission of Hiring Simplified and our clients needs are setting the agenda of our product development. Jobylon is a yet young company (est 2011) and are now in a phase of scaling up the business and will grow the business in revenue as well as employees during 2020.

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

We’d love it if you have previous sales skills to bring to the table - but soft skills such as drive, engagement, charisma and wiliness of walking the extra mile weighs heavier for us than your experience.

Required skills:

  • Previous experience of sales 3+ yrs (preferably from SaaS or HR Tech)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • High performer with a winning and “can-do-mentality”
  • An academic degree with strong results
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Our clients are mainly located in Sweden and the Nordics so travels can occur.

Jobylon develops and offers a modern hiring software (SaaS) to companies who want to create and share beautiful job ads and manage their applicants with ease. The recruitment industry has stayed unchanged for too long whilst the need for a simple and efficient tool has increased.
