The department Customer Loyalty & Insights is within the Customer Journey team and have the overall responsibility to commercially set the strategic road map for Scandic Friends both the day-to-day operational support to the hotels, member service as well as the development of launching new program features driving towards true loyalty.
The Loyalty Support & Implementation Coordinator will have a crucial role to deliver customer value and loyalty. In this role, you will develop and execute world class support to our hotels and call centers in the strive to deliver on Scandic’s customer centric approach. You will also coordinate and implement new features and operational processes. As the Loyalty Program grows, we expect you to grow in your role together with us.
