BASWARE, an established high growth tech company operating in 14 countries around the globe, seeks a skilled and experienced Customer Success Analyst. Under the direction of the VP of Customer Success, the Customer Success Analyst will support sales efforts and customer relationship building within the current North American customer base.


  • Support customer-focused retention and business development efforts.
  • Extract, analyze and format customer usage data to support constructive discussions with customers.
  • Coordinate internal and customer meetings that include Basware’s presales, professional services, and support team members as needed.
  • Articulate Basware’s key value propositions to customers in the context of their business challenges.
  • Advocate client needs and requirements to internal teams.
  • Find ways that additional investments in Basware solutions would help customers achieve greater success.
  • Execute miscellaneous analysis projects to support the needs of the business.
  • Assist in the development of client success profiles and case studies.
  • Serve as North America liaison to global initiatives, such as the annual Customer Satisfaction survey and online customer community.

Skills & Requirements


  • Experience in or exposure to business consulting and/or sales for a technology company
  • Experience communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Enterprise SaaS software experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and problem-solve quickly
  • Strong process orientation
  • Understanding of enterprise software applications
  • Stable work history, with clear progression of responsibilities
  • SQL/MySQL experience a plus.


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Passionate, driven self-starter with a track record of progressive achievement and increasing responsibility
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Results- and goals-oriented.
  • Personable, with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 10-20%
